''I have worked in the Entertainment Industry for over 30 years and I have had the privilege of meeting, working and collaborating with some of the best in the business. My mission is to create a clear route to market for the actors and performers at DJW Talent and develop professional etiquettes and approaches using methods I believe in. Gearing actors up for the wonderful world of theatre, television and film is a passion of mine and putting talent in front of casting directors and producers then securing opportunities is where I get real satisfaction. My recent step into becoming an executive producer and co-founder at Nova Mundi Studios has given me a greater insight into what is possible for actors in the North East and I am keen to explore the potential crossover between our talent and placing them into work through schemes and projects I produce''

The industry is ever changing and now, more than ever I feel it is time to pass on my knowledge to prepare actors | performers for the reality of the skills needed for them to thrive in the business.
