is the writer and director behind METROLAND a short film produced by Candle & Bell has now officially been released.


"Metroland" is a short film, funded by Creative England iShorts, written and directed by Benjamin Bee and produced by Maria Caruana Galizia. It stars Daniel-John Williams as "Ben", Rachel Teate as "Sam" and Doreen Frankland as "Mum". The film was shot on location in Newcastle and South Shields.


DJW Talent supplied lots of actors for the fairground scene with students from The DJW School of Acting and we managed to secure a speaking part for Alex Garbutt who did an amazing job.


DJW Talent Company Director, Daniel-John Williams and Wolf Blood actress Rachel Teate played brother and sister in this wonderful comedy which screened worldwide.
