SHOWREELS

Showreels are a great way to capture the attention of casting directors from the comfort of their office, without them having to bring you in for an audition unnecessarily, saving you time and money on trains to London and beyond.

Showreel Share Day on Twitter, is also used every year by actors to showcase their talents to casting directors, producers and directors in television & film, and has seen many actors secure roles because of it. 

HOW IT WORKS

* We produce showreels in August | September every year. (Some exceptions)

* You and your scene partner will come for a consultation at our office in Middlesbrough (or we can do this via phone and email), where we will discuss your requirements and casting options.

​

* We will write a tailored scene specifically for you and your scene partner.

​

* We will then prepare, film, edit and deliver a 2-3 minute scene of a high standard, to promote your skills.

​

* Showreels usually take 3-4 hours to film.

​

* We recommend that each scene contains two actors. Please contact us if you wish to discuss further or book a showreel shoot with DJW Talent.

Cost: £250 per actor (£500 in total)

HEADSHOTS

DJW approved headshot days are held every year. We shoot until you are happy, which usually takes between 15-20 minutes. We aim to capture two or three shots that can be used on your Websites, CV's & Spotlight, and on the Showreel services that we offer. You are welcome to take away the RAW images which have not been edited.

Please raise any concerns on the day if you are not happy with your headshots. Once the session has ended you are not eligible for a refund or re-shoot. Please also be sure to read our media agreement and release form (above) before making a booking.

SELF TAPES

DJW approved self tape days are held in every year.  DJW Talent run these sessions for actors who want to introduce themselves to casting directors or for potential castings opportunities. The tapes are 90 seconds in duration and give you a platform to introduce your skills and personality in a professional studio set up. This can save you time and money travelling to London unnecessarily.

Fees may change, so please ensure that you contact DJW before making your booking. Please raise any concerns on the day if you are not happy with your self tape. Once the session has ended you are not eligible for a refund or a reshoot. Please also be sure to read our media agreement and release form (above) before making a booking.

Remembering that a self tape will be the first thing a casting director will see after a headshot and possible CV and submission, DJW recognise the importance of getting the self tapes done as professionally as possible, so you will need to be prepared to talk about yourself for approximately 90 seconds and if you would like to prepare a piece, this can also be filmed.

These self tapes are on offer to help with saving you lots of money travelling to London at last minute, these self tapes can save you in the long run.
